Delete your account

Delete your account and all synced data

In the app (fastest). Open SimplerScores and go to Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

By email.If you no longer have the app installed or can’t sign in, email cmdeveloped@gmail.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you. We action these within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Delete some data but keep your account

Individual rounds and practice sessions can be deleted in the app at any time — open the round from your history and choose delete. Removing a round also removes it from our servers on the next sync.

Signing out stops any further syncing and leaves your data on the device only. To have specific data removed from our servers without closing your account, email cmdeveloped@gmail.com and tell us what you’d like removed.

What deleting your account removes

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following from our servers:

• Your saved rounds and scores
• Your logged practice sessions
• Your preferences — home course, favorites, clubs, and handicap details
• Your profile, including your display name and friend code
• Your friend connections, from both sides
• Any live rounds you were hosting
• Your push-notification token
• Your sign-in credentials and the account itself

This cannot be undone. Data still held only on your own device is not affected — clear that by signing out or removing the app.

What we keep afterwards

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request data) for a short period for security and reliability. These are not tied to your account once it is deleted, and they age out on the provider’s normal schedule. We keep no other copy of your data.
